Supervised on-site testing — proctor enters credentials, then hands off to the client.
On sign-in (backend): the last-login timestamp is synced to the CRM (HubSpot/V2 equivalent) to drive inactivity & re-engagement workflows.
Session recovery: after a timeout, re-authentication returns you to your last active page/tab (mid-intake or coursework) instead of the dashboard — via server-side session state (replaces V1's encrypted RESTART cookie).
Supervised testing session. The proctor authenticates, verifies the client's identity, then hands the device to the client.
Proctor mode logs both the proctor and client identity for the testing record. Time limits and a locked-down assessment view are enforced for the session.
