Step 1 — Open the Defendants page
Click "Defendants" in the sidebar. You'll see a list of all currently enrolled defendants.
Step 2 — Click "+ New Referral"
The button is at the top right. A drawer opens with the new-referral form.
Step 3 — Fill in defendant identity
Name, DOB, contact, case number, referring agency. Required fields are marked with *.
Step 4 — Attach documents
Use the upload area to attach the referral form, police report, CPO, and any other supporting documents.
Step 5 — Submit
The referral lands in "Awaiting Processing" and is auto-stamped with source. You'll be notified when intake begins.
New referrals land in "Awaiting Processing" first. They appear under your defendants list after S2S intake completes (typically 1 business day).
Settings → Provider Profile → Curriculum Pacing. Changes apply to upcoming weeks only — your current week is locked.
Names entered in Zoom that don't match account names are flagged for manual matching. See Webinars → "Match Manually".
Lesson Plans → toggle "Edit / Manage" mode → Delete button appears on each module row.
