These scheduling surfaces are embeddable widgets.
They open as popups/modals from the screens where scheduling actually happens — the client dashboard, the webinar page, or a staff member's view of a client record. The host cards below are examples; the buttons launch the live widgets.

Staff reschedules on the client's behalf
Embeds on: staff/client-detail (Attendance tab).
The compact view (availability status only — Open / Premium only, no seat map or counts, full classes hidden) is the confirmed client-facing scheduler. The full seat-selection grid is retained as a detailed staff/coordinator and reference view, not the client default. Open either above.
Verifying your attendance?
Santa Clara Funded onlySanta Clara Funded clients verify attendance by replying to a text after each session — nothing to upload. You can see your verification status on the Webinar page, where you join sessions. This page is for scheduling and rescheduling.
Rescheduling: DV · Mon 6:00 PM · English · Men's group → pick a new time below.
Your current seat stays held until you confirm a new one. Picking a seat below moves you — your prior class is released on confirm.
Your county allows up to 2 reschedules per month (a fee applies per reschedule — see the rates below). Your make-up must be attended within the same week as the missed class. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

What a reschedule costs
✓ Confirmed — David / Mayra (Round 2)There is no single reschedule fee. Yours depends on your class fee and on whether the class you move into is a weekday or a Saturday.
| If your class fee is… | Weekday | Saturday |
|---|---|---|
| More than $35 (standard) | $20 | $25 |
| $15 or $20 (reduced fee) | $10 | $15 |
| $25 or $30 (reduced fee) | $15 | $20 |
Which row applies to you follows your class fee, which S2S staff assign after reviewing your financial assessment — it isn't something you pick.
If your reschedules are covered by your referring agency (Merced HSACS · Del Norte HHS · Amador SS) you pay $0 — S2S bills the agency $15 weekday / $20 Saturday instead. ⚑ PENDING — the agency-billed figure is not settled ($15/$20 or the standard $20/$25); it does not change your $0
Your county does not allow rescheduling
Clients in Stanislaus and Alameda counties attend their permanent class time only. In exceptional circumstances S2S staff can move your permanent class — this has happened 1 of a maximum 5 times for your program — but individual sessions cannot be rescheduled. Contact S2S if your circumstances have changed.
Your reschedule fees are covered
Your referring agency covers reschedule fees — you pay $0, whatever your class fee is and whichever day you move to. (S2S bills the agency directly at $15 for a weekday class and $20 for a Saturday class — the reschedule fee only, with no absence fee added; the charge routes to the Finance team for invoicing.) The 2-per-month limit still applies. ⚑ PENDING — the amount billed to the agency is not settled ($15/$20 or the standard $20/$25); your $0 is unaffected
Eligibility is matched to your enrollment automatically — only classes you qualify for are shown. Use time of day to narrow.

You've reached your reschedule limit
Self-service lockedSelf-service rescheduling is paused for this enrollment because the county reschedule limit has been reached. You can still get help — staff can review your situation and reschedule for you if there's a good reason.
Your county's limit is 2 reschedules per month — the counter resets on the 1st. Staff reschedules for a good reason don't count against your limit.
You've missed 2 intake meetings — your slots are used up
Your account has been paused and self-scheduling is closed. Please contact your referring agency for next steps — if they approve continuing (or send a new referral), S2S will reactivate your account and schedule a new meeting.

Your facilitator needs everyone to choose a 1:1 slot before Friday. These meetings are short and confirmed by staff.
Your first 1:1 reschedule is free; each one after that carries a $25 fee. At the hard cap of 4, rescheduling locks and a notification goes to you, your referring agent and your S2S case manager. You can always request a reschedule from staff (no dead end).
