Curriculum Management

Facilitators can browse every week/module of every program here (read-only) to plan ahead and review — not just their scheduled classes. Editing stays with staff/admin.

Content track:
Lane A = modules 1–16, Lane B = modules 17–52. Weekly sequence: week N = module N within the active lane. ✓ Confirmed — David (Round 2)

All programs use the same split — Lane A = sessions 1–16, Lane B = sessions 17–52 — and clients promote from Lane A to Lane B after successful completion of session 16. Boundaries are still stored per program and edited in Program Admin; this view reflects the configured values, which now carry the same confirmed numbers everywhere. ✓ Confirmed — David (Round 2)

⚑ PENDINGShort programs and short referrals. The confirmed org-wide rule is stated for 52 sessions — a 16-week program (KF — Kids First) has no sessions 17–52, so read literally it would run entirely in Lane A. S2S's session rubric separately gives a 16-week split of Lane A weeks 1–8 / Lane B weeks 9–16, which is a different boundary and a different advancement point, not the same rule rescaled. Which one governs Kids First — and whether a 16-week client promotes after session 8 or never — has not been answered. The same gap applies to a client referred for 16 weeks into a 52-week Anger Management or Parenting cycle (referral lengths: 16 / 32 / 40 / 52 weeks): they stop at session 16 and never reach session 17 either.

Cross-lane attendance is allowed — this is a gentle nudge, not a block

If a client in Lane A (modules 1–16) attends a Lane B session (modules 17–52), or vice-versa, they still earn credit. The scheduler shows a soft "off-sequence" warning urging staff to keep the client on their current lane — it never prevents placement or rejects the session.

Confirmed: 1 module = 1 week, per lane ✓ S2S confirmed

S2S confirmed the per-lane week=module mapping: within the active lane, week N = module N (Wk 1 = Module 1 … Wk 52 = Module 52), replacing the old 4-week blocks. This 1-week-module model is locked for all programs.
