Unified letter/report taxonomy (Stephanie)

Three conflicting lists currently ship: the Letter Types cards below (5), the All Letter Templates catalog (9), and the Generate Letter modal on client-detail (5). The canonical list of letter/report types — names, which are court-reportable vs. internal, and where each is generated — is not yet decided. Lists below are placeholders pending Stephanie's reconciliation.

Letterhead address & fax — two S2S documents disagree (court-facing)

S2S has supplied two different street addresses and two different fax numbers for the agency. The Round-2 tracker gives 3045 Sacramento St., Unit/PO Box 647, Placerville, CA 95667 · Fax (909) 366-3224. The “Sliding Scale and Procedures” letterhead, headed “Standard prices as of 9/30/2024”, gives 3987 Missouri Flat Rd. Suite 340-332, Placerville, CA 95667 · Fax (909) 752-5445. City, ZIP, phone (916) 629-3045 and website s2sdvonline.com are identical in both.

Letters generated on this page go to clients, probation officers and the court. The preview letterhead currently prints the Round-2 tracker values because the tracker is the more recent source. The two disputed fields are not equally corroborated: the fax (909) 366-3224 also appears in S2S’s Round-2 compliance email templates, but those templates carry no street address, so the street address rests on the tracker alone. This points to an office move, but no one at S2S has confirmed a move. S2S: confirm which street address and which fax number is current before any letter is filed.
