10 · S2S wrote this heading with a question mark — it is a proposal, not a decision
⚑ PENDING — 159 names, no definitions
The document supplies not one formula, time window or numeric target — yet it names “Revenue Below Target”, “Enrollment Pace Below Goal” and “Attendance Below Threshold”. Until S2S defines them, nothing here can compute. “Organization Health Score” is a top-line KPI with no stated inputs at all.
What the document does settle
One filter set across every dashboard — 23 stackable filters with saveable, shareable views such as “Santa Clara BIP” or “Spanish Programs”. Plus drill-down from every metric into the underlying records, role-based permissions, and export to Excel, CSV and PDF.
Court & probation reports — one form, six types
The “Standard Reporting Form” S2S sends to POs and courts. The type selected is printed bold and underlined on the form itself.
| Varies by program | DV Batterers' (BIP) | Domestic Violence | Anger Management |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25-item lethality assessment | Yes — except on Enrollment | Yes — except on Enrollment | Dropped entirely |
| “Assessment of further risk of abuse/violence” | Yes | Yes | Dropped |
| Penal Code 1203.097 declaration | Appended | No | No |
| Evaluation criteria 3–7 | violence wording | identical to BIP | anger wording, criterion 7 collapses |
Defect found in the live Anger Management report — do not reproduce
All six AM samples print “ANGER MANAGEMENT” in the title but emit the BIP narrative underneath — and the AM Completion report cites Penal Code 1203.097(a)(10)(A), the domestic-violence batterers'-program statute, in its body while omitting that statute's declaration. An Anger Management report should not be citing it at all. Either a template bug or a mis-seeded fixture; S2S to supply the intended AM wording before this is rebuilt.
⚑ PENDING — three programs have no samples
The folder carries empty directories for DAP, Kids First and Parenting. Each presumably needs the same six types with its own title, criteria wording and risk-block decision.
⚑ PENDING — four gaps on a court-facing document
No recipient block (nothing names the PO or court it goes to) · no penalty-of-perjury clause and no confidentiality notice · “Sign name” is typed text rather than a signature · and the only page numbering in the samples is the browser's print chrome, not the form's.
